Alessandro Zattoni

Alessandro Zattoni is Professor of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Governance at the Department of Business and Management of LUISS University in Rome. His research and teaching interests relate to corporate governance and sustainability. He has published articles in various journals like Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Management Studies, Britih Journal of Management, Corporate Governance: An International Review. He has been co-EIC of Corporate Governance: An International Review (2013-18) and is currently a consulting editor of Journal of World Business and an editorial board member of Journal of Management Studies. He serves on some boards of directors and of statutory auditors.
