The purpose of the ICGS Fellows Group is to recognize and honor members of the International Corporate Governance Society who have made significant contributions to the theory and practice of corporate governance, and to the development and promotion of the overall society. Every year, the Dean of the Fellows Group may nominate one or more distinguished scholars and/or practitioners as ICGS Fellows. The ICGS fellow will be announced and honored at the annual ICGS conference. Fellows will be prominently listed on the ICGS website and will receive free membership and will not be charged any conference fees. In essence, they represent the pinnacle of what we aspire to in our Society.
