Jana Oehmichen

Jana Oehmichen is a Full Professor of Organization, HR, and Management Studies at the University of Mainz. Her work has been published in journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, The Leadership Quarterly, Global Strategy Journal, Accounting, Organizations & Society, and Journal of Management Studies. Her research is focused on boards of directors, ownership structures, and digital leadership & strategy. She serves as editor for Corporate Governance: An international Review, as associate editor for Schmalenbach Journal of Business Research, as editorial board member for Journal of Management Studies, Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of Business Research, and as editorial review board member for Management International Review.
