One of the ICGS membership benefits
The ICGS Mentorship Program aims to cultivate and foster a collaborative community of corporate governance scholars by facilitating meaningful connections between junior and senior researchers. Junior scholars, including Doctoral Students, Post-docs, and Assistant Professors (or equivalent), will participate as mentees, while senior scholars, such as Associate Professors (or equivalent) and Full Professors, will join as mentors.
The inaugural edition of the program launched in Spring 2024 was met with great enthusiasm and brought together over 75 from both mentor and mentee roles from all around the world.

Interested in joining the 2025 session?
To get involved, look out for the sign-up email in March 2025. All ICGS members will be invited to join as a mentee or mentor, along with a chance to select preferred topics for discussion. Topics may include “How to develop your network (e.g., finding coauthors)”, “How to manage the review process”, and “Developing and managing your research pipeline”. These preferences will be used to pair mentors with mentees. The second edition of the ICGS mentorship program will kick off in May 2025, and we can’t wait to have you on board!
